The sector’s duties

1- Carrying out seasonal projects that are specific and distributed to areas of need based on the needs assessment

2- Reducing the risks and challenges resulting from waves of displacement and migration

3- Emergency and immediate response to displacement and migration cases and alleviating suffering as much as possible

4- Supporting agricultural crops through economic focus on strategic crops and livestock

5- Seeking to increase coordination with all parties working on the ground in order to deliver aid to those who deserve it

The food security and livelihoods sector is divided into
1- Seasonal campaigns
They have been implemented on a regular annual basis for four years now
* Daily bread distribution
* Dates campaigns
* Sacrificial offerings, aqeeqahs and vows campaigns
* Ramadan and Zakat al-Fitr campaigns

2- Emergency response campaigns
Based on emergency responses to ongoing displacement campaigns

3- Livelihood support
* Distributing financial guarantees and purchase vouchers
* Supporting agricultural projects
* Supporting small productive projects
